Doing All the Right Things, But Not Feeling Your Best?

You're eating well, moving your body, and doing your best to prioritize sleep and manage stress.

But maybe you're still experiencing...

  • Afternoon energy crashes or persistent fatigue

  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

  • Cravings that seem to come out of nowhere

  • Unexplained changes in weight or body composition

  • The frustration of realizing what worked five years ago isn't working anymore

Sound familiar?

Your metabolism is influenced by much more than what you eat. Sleep, stress, movement, hormones, and your unique physiology all play a role.

And while general nutrition advice can be helpful, it doesn't tell you how your body responds.

What if you could stop guessing and start seeing your own patterns?

Stop Guessing. Start Discovering.

What if you could see how your daily choices affect your blood sugar... in real time?

A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is a small wearable sensor that tracks your glucose levels throughout the day and night, giving you a window into how your body responds to everyday life.

Think of it as a personal science experiment.

You might discover:

  • How your favorite breakfast affects your blood sugar

  • What happens when you take a walk after a meal

  • How sleep and stress influence your glucose patterns

  • Why the same food may affect you differently depending on the day

And here's the exciting part: There's no one-size-fits-all answer.

With real-time data, expert guidance, and a little curiosity, you'll begin connecting the dots between your daily habits and your metabolic health.

Your body is unique. Your approach to health should be, too.

THE CGM EXPERIENCE

Real People. Real Discoveries.

Curious what it's like to explore your metabolic health with a CGM? Here's what participants in an earlier beta version of this program had to say about their experiences.

CGM Challenge Participant

"Before the CGM Challenge, my HbA1c was near 8, and my doctor wanted to put me on medication. After the Challenge, I'm down to 5.1, and no need for medication at all!"

CGM Challenge Participant

"I got a ton out of the CGM Challenge. I've added 'exercise snacks' (running up and down flights of stairs between meetings) and have made great progress."

Testimonials are from participants in an earlier CGM Challenge beta facilitated by a different instructor. Individual experiences and results vary.

Small Discoveries. Lasting Change.

Because understanding your body is the first step toward making choices that truly work for you.
